The Fourth High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness took place on 29 November - 01 December 2011, at the Bexco convention centre in Busan, Korea. Some 3000 delegates reviewed global progress in improving the impact and value for money of development aid and adopted the Busan Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation. The 4th HLF on Aid Effectiveness in Busan, Korea follows the meetings of Rome (2003), Paris (2005) and Accra (2008) that helped to improve the effectiveness of foreign assiatance and the quality of aid relationships. An 10-member Bangladesh delegation led by Hon’ble Finance Minister participated in the Forum.
