RLEP has produced a number of Thematic Lessons Paper series documents (TLPs) on rural livelihoods themes: i) Organisational Development and institutional Reform ii) Human Resource Management and Development, ii) Livelihoods Impact-Reaching the Poor, iv) Community Based (Natural Resources) Management. The sources of lessons in these documents are projects within DFID-B's Rural Livelihoods Programme (RLP). The evidence for these lessons comes from evaluations of the projects carried out by RLEP. these are intended for Stakeholders who are involved in policy or program design and influencing, in order to assist them in making informed decisions in the future.
